Summarising January...

for all those who are born in the year of 1987, this year is the year to attend your friends' 21st birthday celebration. Many chalets, many cakes, many sabotage, many alcohol, many presents, many fun!

lets take a look at my list of january parties:

1/1 - Meihui's 20th Birthday, yes thats right TWENTIETH! This girl is born in 1st jan 1988, so she got to choose whether she wanna join the 87's or 88's babies in attending kindergarten. Spent the day at settlers' cafe playing boardgames, her cake was bought from Swissbake, Yummy!

?/1 - yinuo's birthday. ok i forgot which day the gathering was. anyway, the swiss immersion group ppl met up to celebrate her birthday, i think it has become like our culture to celebrate anyone's birthday in the group! Funny thing is that I actually suggested the place to have dinner but end up, i didn't go for the gathering, coz i was sick! my way of starting a new year -_-''

18/1 - zhoujielun's birthday! we weren't together physically, but mentally i was there to support his concert. come again soon, i think i would go for the concert if i manage to book the ticket.

19/1 - andreas' birthday, he turned 22 on that day. We met up a day after that. wanted to go east coast park to cycle in the afternoon, so we took bus 196, on the way it rained, and we dropped that idea and decided to go leisurepark instead, but the same bus goes to that place so we just continued on the journey. while the bus was passing by esplanade, we saw fine clear blue sky over at ecp, so we thought ok, safe, clear, lets stick to plan A. finally after 40mins (or more) bus journey, we reached! But it began to rain AGAIN. plan A aborted totally, we took bus 16 back to leisure park again, for your information, we actually passed by that place on bus 196. when we finally step on ground, it was already 4+pm i think, mind you, we actually started travelling at around 2pm.
so much so, on the bus, we passed the present to him without telling him that its his birthday present, just wanted someone to help me keep that plastic bag. but being so smart, i guess he already knew its his present, and i am happy that he likes the present!
oh! we had chinese fondue as dinner, great way to have long chat session. quick ask me what is chinese fondue!

26/1 - lyn's and sherri's 21st
a) Lyn. she catered buffet style dinner at her house, the food is GOOD, her auntie's curry chicken is spicy enough, buffet food is good too, wonder which catering co. she hired. felt abit out of place though, wasn't in the same clique as her in sec sch so didn't talk much to the e2 gang but me, her and lyn were trio in choir last time =) i left soon before many others came not bcoz i didn't enjoy myself but bcoz i have to attend sherri's party. so lyn & co continued to cut cake sing song and head down to some hotel to have school uniform party, she wore my jc uniform!
b) After a looong nauseating bus ride to bt panjang, i reached the second venue of the night. Sherri had a great turnout rate, and when i reached, most of the food are attacked already. anyways, her friends are damn enthu la, helped her in carrying out the programmes of the night smoothly. i think if i were to open a party, i wun haf such enthu frens, luckily i wun have to face tt kind of trouble also, coz i am not celebrating my bd anyway. Sherri got thrown into the pool, smashed cake on the face. but i guess she enjoyed them anyways.

i didn't forget anyone right?

sorry that today i didn't blog in winnie's style. too tired and too much details to go into.

funny, today's tennis, i kept getting praises. Know why?
-because only once in a blue moon i would hit the ball across NICELY.

what a way to earn praises -_-''
