"We live in a society that is increasingly governed by science and technology," Hawking said. "Yet fewer and fewer people want to go into science."

Quoting from Professor Stephen Hawking who gave a lecture entitled 'Why We Should Go Into Space' during the 50 Years of NASA lecture series at George Washington University in Washington, DC.

how true.. less people seem interested in science. in addition, as technology advances, the requirement for a scientist increases as well..
as a life science student, i love understanding the nature yet i don't agree with the use of cloning technology and manipulation of genes.

anyway, Prof Hawking believes that in presence of alien in outer space!
we shall see..
